"The Calm Quiet Space barn is a really relaxing and comforting space. I really liked the candles and incense which added far more than I expected to the experience. The guided meditation you sent us were very helpful as it saved time in the early stages finding a guided meditations online & provided encouragement to practice at home. I liked that I didn’t’ feel any pressure to ‘share’ but was interested to hears others’ contributions."

"Last year, at a relatively young age and out of the blue I had a stroke. My consultant strongly recommended a mindfulness course. I was not at all convinced it would be of any benefit, but being a good patient I signed up for the CQS Mindfulness course in October 2017.
From the first session it has been beneficial for both my mind and body. It made me aware how much physical tension I was carrying around and has helped me to acknowledge and respond to stressful situations and emotions in a completely different manner. My long term insomnia has resolved.
Caroline really does offer a 'calm, quiet space' which is so relaxing that I looked forward to the meeting every week.
