Living this way - in mindlessness - we often fail to notice the joy of life, fail to enjoy what is going on around us, what our bodies are telling us, or often get stuck in mechanical conditioned ways of thinking.
At Calm Quiet Space, we think of Mindfulness as the opposite of mindlessness. It means waking up out of autopilot and ‘taking the steering wheel’ of our attention again. To be mindful is to live in the present moment and practicing meditation can help us to achieve this goal.
The Calm Quiet Space Mindfulness sessions are designed for those who wish to learn the practice of mindfulness. It is a natural and organic process and anyone with willingness and an open mind can learn.
We will look at how to practice mindfulness at home and how to incorporate it into our daily lives.
Classes are run in a beautiful venue in Great Bedwyn, Wiltshire which is close to Marlborough and Hungerford.
